We want you to be totally confident when purchasing from us, which is why we offer an easy to understand returns policy.
Broken or Defective Items can be returned for a replacement up to 30 days after delivery.
Damaged Items on receipt can be returned for a replacement (if in stock) up to 7 days after delivery.
Incorrect items - Orders that include discrepancies must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, the incorrect products received that you wish to return must not be opened or used as they can not be returned to us.
Made to order items can not be cancelled or returned once your order has been processed.
Unwanted goods - Due to the strict health and hygiene regulations we do cannot refund or exchange unless the following terms are met:
1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.
6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
Unwanted goods that are eligible for refunds are minus a 10% administration charge.
Visit our Online Product Returns and fill out the returns form with your order, product information and reason for return.
Once your return request has been process you will receive a return authorisation and a returns address.
DO NOT return items until our you have been provided our dedicated returns address.
Pack the items and return mailing authorisation securely in a box or the parcel used to deliver the item.
Secure the return mailing label to the outside of the box and send your parcel to us.
Don't forget to ask for your free proof of postage at your post office.
Each return mailing label is uniquely assigned to a specific return.
Please don't include items from other orders or other deliveries in the same box.
Please note you are liable for all return postage costs.
Refunds are made up to 30 days after we have received and processed your return.
Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued until we receive the goods in question.
Refunds are minus postage costs and administration charges.
